• Registration & Profiles: For users that register on our website (Tutors and Students), we store the personal information provided in their user profile (via Ultimate Member). All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username).
• Comments: When visitors leave comments, we collect the data shown in the comments form, the visitor’s IP address, and browser user agent string to help spam detection.
• Media: If you upload images or introductory videos to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included.
• Cookies: * If you visit our login page, we set a temporary cookie to determine if your browser accepts cookies.
  • When you log in, we set up several cookies to save your login information and screen display choices. Login cookies last for two days. If you select “Remember Me”, your login will persist for İki weeks.

3. Third-Party Plugins and Analytics

To monitor performance and secure our marketplace, we use the following third-party services:

• Ultimate Member: Manages our community, tutor profiles, and registration forms.
• Payoneer: Our official payment processor for commissions. We do not store financial details (credit cards/bank accounts) on our servers; these are handled securely by Payoneer.

4. Embedded Content from Other Websites

Articles or profiles on this site may include embedded content (e.g., YouTube videos, images, etc.). Embedded content from other websites behaves in the exact same way as if the visitor has visited the other website. These websites may collect data about you, use cookies, and monitor your interaction.

5. Who We Share Your Data With

5.1. Transaction & Commission Monitoring To enforce our platform policies (specifically the 2-hour payment rule), we monitor the status of Payoneer payment requests. This activity is logged to ensure the continuity of your professional status on TutorCenter.net.

5.2. Children’s Privacy While our lessons are for students, registration must be performed by a legal guardian or an adult. We do not intentionally collect data from minors without parental supervision. If we learn that a minor has provided us with personal data without such consent, we will delete that information immediately.

5.3. Global Data Transfers Your information, including Personal Data, is processed at the Platform’s operating offices and in any other places where the parties involved in the processing are located (such as cloud server providers). This means data may be transferred to computers located outside of your state, province, or country.

• Student-Tutor Matching: To facilitate successful tutoring matches, a Tutor’s professional details and contact information may be shared with potential Students or Parents.
• System Emails: If you request a password reset, your IP address will be included in the reset email.
• Spam Detection: Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.

6. How Long We Retain Your Data

• If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely.
• For registered users, we store personal profile information for as long as the account remains active.

7. What Rights You Have Over Your Data

If you have an account on this site, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

8. Payment Processing and Data Security

Payments on our platform are processed by Paddle, our third-party Merchant of Record.

1. Payment Handling: When you make a purchase, your payment data is provided directly to Paddle. At no point does TutorCentre collect, process, or store your credit card numbers, CVV codes, or other sensitive financial credentials on our servers.

2. Security Standards: Paddle is a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant service provider, ensuring that your financial information is handled with the highest industry standards of encryption and security.

3. Data Sharing: We share only the necessary order-related information (such as your name and email address) with Paddle to facilitate the transaction and provide you with an invoice.

4. Merchant of Record: As the Merchant of Record, Paddle is responsible for handling your payment, managing taxes (VAT/GST), and providing customer support regarding billing inquiries.

Bu metin, platformumuzu kullanan eğitmen ve kullanıcıların verilerinin işlenme amaçları ve hakları hakkında bilgilendirilmesi amacıyla hazırlanmıştır.

1. İşlenen Kişisel Verileriniz

Platformumuza kayıt olurken veya hizmet alırken paylaştığınız; ad-soyad, e-posta adresi, telefon numarası, profesyonel özgeçmiş, tanıtım videoları ve Payoneer hesap bilgileriniz (ödeme takibi için) işlenmektedir.

Eşleştirme Amacıyla: Eğitmenlerin iletişim bilgileri, ders anlaşması sağlanması amacıyla ilgili öğrenci veya veli ile paylaşılabilir.

Hizmet Altyapısı: Sunucu ve veri depolama hizmeti alınan yurt içi/yurt dışı altyapı sağlayıcılarına (WordPress eklentileri, Google Analytics, Meta Pixel vb.) aktarılabilir.

Ödeme Sistemleri: Komisyon tahsilatı amacıyla Payoneer sistemine aktarılabilir.

4. Veri Toplamanın Yöntemi ve Hukuki Sebebi

Kişisel verileriniz, web sitemizdeki kayıt formları (Ultimate Member), çerezler ve dijital iletişim kanalları aracılığıyla tamamen veya kısmen otomatik yollarla toplanmaktadır. Verileriniz, “bir sözleşmenin kurulması veya ifası” ve “veri sorumlusunun meşru menfaatleri” hukuki sebeplerine dayalı olarak işlenmektedir.
